Maritime doctor: Quick appointment, online booking, easy parking

As an approved Maritime Doctor at the Danish Maritime Authority, we offer medical examinations for seafarers and fishermen. To work on a ship, seafarers must have a valid health certificate ("Blue Book"). The health certificate is valid for up to 2 years, and for persons between 16 and 18 years of age, the validity is a maximum of 1 year.

Preparation for the Examination

You must bring picture ID, information about any medical or psychiatric treatment. Before the examination, you must submit a urine sample and fill in a form with health information. We follow the executive order, see link below.

Vaccination for Seafarers

Depending on the position of the ship, area of ​​operation and local requirements, vaccination is often required. We offer to review vaccination status in connection with the examination, and if necessary, we stock all relevant vaccines.

Swedish Seafarers

We are approved to issue Swedish seafarer´s certificates. The certificate is made electronically and you will receive a copy in print. See more at Transportssyrelsen´s website Sweden.

Sight and Hearing Test for Recreational Sailors - Seamanship Certificate (Proficiency Certificate, Yacht Skipper of 1st and 3rd degree).

We are approved by the Danish Maritime Authority to carry out this survey. Used for seamanship certificate for yacht skipper of 1st degree and 3rd degree as well as certificate of proficiency.
