Recommended vaccinations for India (North)

About 1.2 billion people live in India, and it is the country in the world with the second largest population. India's two primary languages are Hindi and English, but there are over 100 languages spoken in the country. In India, you can experience, among other things, the world-famous mausoleum, Taj Mahal, which is one of the 7 wonders of the world. It is said that 20,000 workers and 1,000 elephants contributed to its construction.

Before leaving for India (Middle East), it is recommended that you are at least vaccinated against Hepatitis A and Diphtheria-Tetanus. If you are going to stay in the country for a longer period of time, you should also be vaccinated against Typhoid and consult the doctor about malaria.

If your stay is longer, or the journey is of a special nature with the possibility of intense exposure to infection, it may be relevant to supplement with vaccinations against Japanese Encephalitis, Hepatitis B, Rabies and Tuberculosis.
